Choby (Anchii in Japan) is an enemy in The Legendary Starfy series. It is a Rare Enemy in the Game Boy Advance games. It is usually seen in a cold place.
Choby's Japanese name in Densetsu no Starfy is "Anchii" (Japanese: アンチイ) but the 'i' in its name was changed to be a small 'i' in Densetsu no Starfy 2, Densetsu no Starfy 3 and the Japanese version of The Legendary Starfy for reasons unclear. Scaled down versions of the kana are used to express foreign sounds in the Japanese language, for example 'フィ' replaces the 'u' sound in 'fu' with 'i', changing it into 'fi', however there is no generally used way of romanizing 'チィ' as there is already a 'chi'.
After beating the game, if Starfy meets Ashikaru and clears his minigame Slippery Hockey on hard mode, he will lead Starfy to a room with a Choby.
