Dolfy is a blue dolphin who appeared exclusively in Densetsu no Starfy. She is found in the Sunken Ship and asks Starfy and Moe to help her save her siblings that were captured by Boctopus. She tends to scare Moe by appearing suddenly, like a ghost, or by speaking when Moe doesn't know she's there.
