The Pufftop Children first appear in Pufftop, where they play with Moe's face but start to annoy him.
Densetsu no Starfy 2
The Pufftop Children appear in Pufftop, level 5 where Bawss explains that they were locked up by 'bad guys', and suggests that a Prison Key can unlock the door. Bawss gives Starfy the Thunder Pants, which Starfy must give to Squirt #1. Starfy receives the Prison Key from Squirt #4 after giving him the Makeup Set, which was obtained by exchanging items with the three other Squirts.
