In this game he don't appears but he does a cameo in some of the Pufftop's levels, in the Pufftop's Castle-inside Levels, There are Some Ronk's, Papes's or Snips's Statues or the 3 kind of statues on the last 2 Pufftop's (World 9) Levels, If Starly (Because Starfy isn't playable in these levels) Spins in some of these Statues, She will get some pears and the silver Enemy's statue will transform into a Golden's Papa Star's Statue.

Papa Star is the father of Starfy and Starly and the ruler of Pufftop. In Densetsu no Starfy 2 and The Legendary Starfy it is revealed that he and Old Man Lobber once defeated Ogura. Someday Papa Star is going to pass down his title of king to his son Starfy and he will then become the new ruler of Pufftop.
