Snowballs (Japanese: ユキダマ) are objects in Densetsu no Starfy 3 and The Legendary Starfy. It is an ability in The Legendary Starfy but it doesn't appear on the Abilities screen.
Densetsu no Starfy 3
Snowballs are found in Crushed Ice Alpine in Areas 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Starfy and/or Starly must roll them to break obstacles called Hard Ice (Japanese: カタイ氷). They disappear after touching water.
The Legendary Starfy
Snowballs are found in Chillydip Cove in Areas 1, 4 and 7. When Starfy approaches the location that they appear, three Pinglings will appear to roll a Snowball into Starfy. Starfy will be stuck inside the Snowball which will progressively get larger as the Snowball rolls. The player can make the Snowball jump with the B button. If Snowball falls off the bottom of the screen, Starfy will lose one health point and the Snowball with Starfy will reappear at the beginning of the room. The Snowball can bounce off walls.
