Uotsaruto is a blue fish musician that appeared in the first four Starfy games as well as The Legendary Starfy 3DS and only had a story role in the first three and the 3DS game. He usually plays the Claripet, but also plays a saxophone in Densetsu no Starfy 3 and The Legendary Starfy 3DS.

Wozart makes a cameo appearance in Densetsu no Starfy 4 where he can be touched in the level select of Dejeel's Castle for 5 Pearls.

In Densetsu no Starfy

Starfy and Moe meet Wozart in Deep Sea (Stage 5). Wozart and Moe both tell Starfy that Wozart' Claripet has been stolen. A flashback plays where Wozart shows Moe the Tone of Ocean only to have it stolen by Blantern and two Buranko after the stage turns dark. The Claripet is then hidden in a large side-scrolling room with arrow buttons which change the direction that the screen is scrolling when Starfy uses Star Spin on them, depending on the direction that the arrows are facing. After locating the missing Claripet, Wozart badly plays Starfy's theme song. This shocks Starfy and Moe, but it also frightens off a pair of Nogo that were blocking Starfy and Moe's path.

Wozart also appears in the background of the sound test after completion of the main game. Selecting any option on the sound test will show him playing the Claripet.

In Pitch Dark Cave

Starfy and Moe visit Wozart in Pitch Dark Cave (Stage 6-1), where Wozart talks to Moe. Wozart has a flashback, where the ground shakes and Puchi Ogura #6, as Kigurumi appears and threatens him, making him flee. Later, the ground shakes and Kigurumi appears, this time for real and runs off and kidnaps Wozart. Starfy and Moe catch up with Kigurumi and Kigurumi talks to Wozart for a short while, before grabbing Wozart and walking off with him. After catching up with Kigurumi again, Moe intervenes and challenges Kigurumi. Moe sings out very loudly, causing the area to shake itself and rocks to fall from the ceiling. This frightens not only Kigurumi, but also Starfy and Wozart to the extent that Puchi Ogura #6 drops the Kigurumi suit and reveals himself to Moe, Starfy, and Wozart and flees, revealing a key which opens several keyholes across the area, one which leads to the chest at the end of Stage 6-1.

In Moe's House

After defeating Ogura for the first time, a sound test option is available in Moe's House. When music is played, Wozart appears to be playing it with the Claripet, and Moe appears to be singing the song.

In Densetsu no Starfy 3

In Stage 7-3, Wozart visits Starfy, Starly, Moe, and Gigaton and tries to play Gigaton a lullaby on his Claripet. But Gigaton says he's immune to that, which surprises Wozart. Then Wozart takes the gang to another place and thought up an idea. He suggests that the three must borrow the instruments from Gekojii, Gekyojii, and Jiilacanth. Once they got all the instruments, Wozart gives Starfy the guitar accessory and Moe changes Wozart's Claripet into a saxophone. Then they go back to Gigaton's place to play a rock 'n' roll version of the lullaby, which made that robotic whale fall asleep. All this also happens in The Legendary Starfy 3DS, but on Stage 8-3, and includes Bunston (who plays a tambourine), Moonfy (who plays the keyboard), and Profesor Owl (who shares the same role with Gigaton).
