Seagulp (Tobimo in Japan) is an enemy in the Nintendo DS games. In The Legendary Starfy's Toy description for Seagulp, it is stated that they love starfish as food, however Seagulps will never eat Starfy or Starly and will simply swoop down and deal damage before flying away.
