Low Spin (Japanese: ハイハイスピン, Crawl Spin) is an ability that can only be used by Starly. It is mistranslated in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as High Hat Spin Jump. It is used by pressing the Y button while crawling, or the B button while crawling in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It is introduced in Densetsu no Starfy 4, and reappears in The Legendary Starfy. When using it, Starly lifts her arms and spins very quickly on her stomach. The move can be used to move under low-hanging objects or dodge enemy attacks. If Starly tries to use it more than 3 times in succession quickly, she will become dizzy and be vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Description from The Legendary Starfy
