The Puchi Ogura (literally Petite Ogura) are Ogura's children. There are 10 of them. Appearing in Densetsu no Stafy 2. They were either bosses, helped bosses, have there own allies, but some do not. Or just stayed with one. Their names in game were just Puchi Ogura #(Insert their number). They also appeared in flashbacks in Densetsu no Stafy 3. They seem to have died after they were defeated by Starfy, but it is still unknown if they did or not.

This Puchi Ogura has a red tail, wears a black visor, and has blue fins. Their getup makes them look like a race car or motorcycle driver. He causes trouble for Ruby, attacking her house with twisters that result in the loss of her furniture (the Vase of Roses, Coral Table, and Seashell Chair) in the name of his father. Puchi #2 rides the Peking Duck Model when fighting Starfy. He uses the pronoun Ore in Japanese.

This one has a yellow tail, but a lot of his body is also green. Part of his head is yellow. He teams up with Kiremoth.
This Puchi Ogura has a yellow tail that looks like a stinger, yellow parts of their head (which may be hair similar to Puchi #1), and a green body. He seems to get bored easily and gets annoyed with having too much free time. Wanting to have fun, he tells Kiremoth, their partner, to spread their magic powder to turn Shelldest, Brotle, and Sisturt into delinquents, kickstarting the events of World 3. He uses the pronoun Bokuchin in Japanese.

This Puchi Ogura has a reddish orange tail, a blue underside, reddish orange hair, and appears to be wearing a monocle. They can turn into a fire and ice dragon. These forms affect Puchi #4's personality. Their Ice form makes them chuckle to themselves and want to freeze people's expressions in the name of art. Meanwhile, their Fire side makes them irriatable and loud, threatening or attacking those with flames if they get in their way. Puchi #4 uses the pronoun Watashi when in their Ice form, and Ware when in their Fire form in Japanese. This Puchi may, in fact, be female due to Moe calling them a Yuki-Onna before he gets frozen by them.

Puchi Ogura #5
Only this one's tail can't be seen. She has pink hair and wears a pink dress. She teams up with Numan.
This Puchi has pink hair and wears a pink dress. She sees herself as a maiden and spends most of her time looking for a prince to fall in love with. However, she has a short temper, and tends to get mad at others for a variety of reasons. For example, she gets angry at how lovey-dovey Orisu and Korisu are, and drains the water in the tree they were in to keep them apart from one another. She also gets mad at Viva for "spying on a maiden's private affairs" and destorys her dam in response. However, like other Puchis, she does get in Starfy's way out of loyalty (and potentially love for) her father. She curses Old Man Grizzly's pantry simply to slow down Starfy, even telling Grizzly to ask for Starfy's help outright. After saving Pursely from Puchi #5, she teams up with Numan to beat Starfy, angry that he not only freed her "prince", but also that he left a mark on her face after their previous encounter. She uses the pronoun Watakushi in Japanese. She is unique in that she is the only Puchi Ogura whose tail cannot be seen.

Puchi Ogura #6
Puchi Ogura #6
This one has a black tail, blue hair and three yellow thorn-like fins. He uses the Kigurumi to battle.
This Puchi Ogura has a black tail, blue hair, and three yellow thorn-like fins. He is very full of himself, using the pronoun Ore-sama in Japanese. However, just like his use of a large costume to intimidate people, this is a facade. He is actually incredibly insecure, but tends to cover up that insecurity by either wearing his costume or by boasting that he's stronger than his brothers and sister(s). He comes to the Pitch Black Cavern, claiming that it not only belongs to him but that this is where the Puchi #6 Empire will be built. This is the reason he pursues and kidnaps Wozart. He wants Wozart to compose a song for "The Great Puchi Ogura #6", and gets angry when he doesn't get his way. That insecurity comes back in full force when Moe calls him out on his lies, yelling that even if he doesn't have anything he lied about, he still has his costume, and challenges Starfy to a fight. Apparently, he also can't ride a bike.

Puchi Ogura #7
Puchi Ogura #7
This one has a yellow tail, three green thorn-like fins, yellow helmet and there appears to be a picture of a skull on his black underside. He rides Mandazetto.
This Puchi Ogura seems to wear a yellow suit with a skull on it, has three green thorn-like fins, and wears a yellow helmet. He enjoys playing with bombs, coming to Yodel-Lay-Hee Heights specifically to do so. This results in earthquakes and rockfalls that ultimately cause trouble for Guidonna and his tourist group (Kit Fish, Fat Cat, Crawdaddy, Crawbaby, and the Cute Teddy Bear) as well as Professoar and the Tutweets. He also plays a prank on Taiblond by throwing bombs at her, and with her help, Starfy and Moe are able to track him down. Puchi #7 also hates being ignored, only fighting Starfy, Moe, and Horun due to them attempting to rush back to Pufftop in order to deal with the danger up there (which, ironically, was Puchi Ogura #8). He fights Starfy by riding in the Manda-Jet. He uses the pronoun Ore in Japanese.

Puchi Ogura #8
Puchi Ogura #8
This one is mostly black, long tail, black hat resembles a wizard, two yellow thorn-like fins and he has a pacifier. He teams up with Yurikarugo.
This Puchi Ogura is mostly black, has a long tail, two yellow thorn-like fins, and a pacifier. They tend to sing while they ride Yurikarugo, but stop when something catches their attention. They are the reason Horun tells Starfy and Moe to get back to Pufftop. Before the three of them get there, Puchi #8 destroys the statue of a younger Papa Star out of anger for him "bullying" their father. Satisfied by its destruction, the Puchi sings and goes somewhere else. When Puchi #8 sees Starfy, they think that Starfy is one of Papa Star's comrades (which technically he is?) and fights him. They use their cloning technique to clone themselves and Yurikarugo, and Starfy has to use the light from the lightning strikes (or guess) to discern the true duo and deal damage. They use the pronoun Boku in Japanese.

Puchi Ogura #9
Puchi Ogura #9
This is mostly yellow and appears to be crying most of the time. He is seen with Jiiyan.
This Puchi Ogura is mostly yellow and appears to be crying most of the time. He is seen with the Ogura family butler, Jiiyan, who cares for Puchi #9 very much. Puchi #9 is both a crybaby and very spoiled, begging to go back home because they're hungry instead of fighting Starfy. After Ressie scares away his minions, Puchi #9 cries to Jiiyan about how Ressie ruined his plans. But Jiiya tries cheering him up, saying that he has another idea. This idea is to kidnap Ressie's daughter and hold her hostage while Ressie is helpless to fight back. Eventually, Starfy, confused for a famous detective named Starlock Polmes, and Moe, confused for a Mr. Moeston, find Puchi #9 and accuse him of being the kidnapper, but are at a loss when he asks them for proof. After some sleuthing, they do catch Puchi #9 in his lie, where he reveals that he did indeed kidnap Ressie's daughter but let her go because she was too demanding. When Jiiya comes to Puchi #9's aid, they both leave, and Jiiyan says that they'll get them back for this. During their boss fight, Jiiyan will do the actual fighting, with Puchi #9 circling the room. Starfy must hit Puchi #9 first to cause Jiiyan to get worried, then hit the butler to do damage. He uses the pronoun Boku in Japanese.

Puchi Ogura #10
Puchi Ogura #10
This Puchi Ogura has a blue tail, an eye patch, and a bandanna that covers most of his face. He is Ogura's eldest son, and as such, Ogura gives him more responsibilities than the other Puchis. Whereas this Puchi's brothers and sister(s) goof off or fight Starfy by circumstance, Puchi #10 is tasked by his father, whom he calls the "Big Boss", to smuggle weapons from Torrential Falls to Ogura's Castle. On top of this, Puchi #10 works together with Echigyoya to take over the area by getting rid of some pesky kunoichi. He is also the captain of his own pirate crew. When Starfy not only gets the Secret Letter back from him but also ruins the transport of the weapons his father requested of him, he is scolded by the "Big Boss" and takes out his frustrations on Starfy. When battling Starfy, the members of his crew assist him while he wears a spikey helmet on his head. He uses the pronoun Ore in Japanese.

This one has a blue tail, an eye patch, and a bandana that covers most of his face. He uses a big helmet to battle.

*On pages 107 and 111 of the Densetsu no Starfy 2 Nintendo Official Guidebook,  a sprite of 10 has his body using a darker shade of blue. This possibly means that Puchi Ogura #10 used a different color palette prior to the release of the final game. Some sprites of Echigyoya in the guidebook have him/her blue instead of red, as well.

Only in Japan!
Gomen'nasai!
This article is related to a game, manga series or other media that has not been released outside Japan. The coverage here may differ from what it would be in an official translation.

The Puchi Ogura (Japanese: プチオーグラ, Puchi Ōgura), literally Petite Ogura are Ogura's ten children and the main antagonists of Densetsu no Starfy 2 alongside Ogura. They only appeared in person in that game, however, they also appeared in one flashback in Densetsu no Starfy 3. Most of them team up or are seen alongside bosses in the game, apart from Puchi Ogura #4, Puchi Ogura #6 (with a giant Kigurumi) and Puchi Ogura #10 (with a helmet) who fight by themselves. They died after they were defeated by Starfy as evident by a flashback and the end of the true credits in Densetsu no Starfy 3.

Puchi Ogura #3, #4, and #5 with the silhouettes of other Puchi Ogura.

Puchi Ogura #1

This Puchi Ogura has a purple tail, blonde hair, and wears a black cowboy hat. They seem to be friends with Konk, partnering up with them for unknown reasons. They seem to get along, though, as they both make fun of Moe and (arguably) fight Starfy together.

Puchi Ogura #2

This Puchi Ogura has a red tail, wears a black visor, and has blue fins. Their getup makes them look like a race car or motorcycle driver. He causes trouble for Ruby, attacking her house with twisters that result in the loss of her furniture (the Vase of Roses, Coral Table, and Seashell Chair) in the name of his father. Puchi #2 rides the Peking Duck Model when fighting Starfy. He uses the pronoun Ore in Japanese.

Puchi Ogura #3

This Puchi Ogura has a yellow tail that looks like a stinger, yellow parts of their head (which may be hair similar to Puchi #1), and a green body. He seems to get bored easily and gets annoyed with having too much free time. Wanting to have fun, he tells Kiremoth, their partner, to spread their magic powder to turn Shelldest, Brotle, and Sisturt into delinquents, kickstarting the events of World 3. He uses the pronoun Bokuchin in Japanese.

Puchi Ogura #4

Trivia

 • On pages 107 and 111 of the Densetsu no Starfy 2 Nintendo Official Guidebook, a sprite of Puchi Ogura #10 has his body using a darker shade of blue. This possibly means that Puchi Ogura #10 used a different color palette prior to the release of the final game. Some sprites of Echigyoya in the guidebook have him/her blue instead of red, as well.
