The Kunoichi Clan (くのいちぞく) are a group of 200,000,000 Ocean Sunfish Kunoichi, a word meaning female ninja, that seem to patrol and protect the Torrential Falls and its surrounding area. They are only mentioned in Densetsu no Starfy 2.

During the story of Starfy 2, the Kunoichi Clan is threatened by Echigyoya, who hires the Chonmagyo to plant 500 bombs in order to either prevent them from further posing a threat to his plans, or to wipe them out completely (either way, it's labeled simply as "revenge" in-game). However, due to Starfy and Moe's warning to Ogyon and Ogyan about the bombs, they, alongside the entire clan, find and dispose of the bombs while Starfy and Moe pursue Echigyoya. During Starfy 2's post game, Ogyon mentions that the clan (perhaps in its entirety) debated and decided a punishment fitting for Echigyoya's crimes; sending him to pick up litter around Loch Ress. This seems to happen offscreen during the time between Starfy 2 and 3, as Echigyoya is encountered in 10-4 in 2's post game, and isn't in Loch Ress in Starfy 3, instead serving as a minor antagonist during the events of Jungle.

All of the members of the Kunoichi Clan are sisters, with two of them, Ogyon and Ogyan, being main characters during the story, and three other named members, Ogyun, Ojyan, and Ojyun, who are mentioned, but never seen. Ogyan tells Starfy all 200,000,000 of her sisters' names, but we, the player, only hear 5. Their names are, from oldest to youngest, Ogyan Kagerou (かげろうオギャン), Ogyun Mogerou (もげろうオギュン), Ogyon Kagerou (かげろうオギョン), Ojyan Higerou (ひげろうオジャン), and Ojyun Mugerou (むげろうオジュン). Despite being sisters, the only ones to share last names are Ogyon and Ogyan. This may mean that their last names may just be pseudonyms, code names, ranks, or simply a way for them to distinguish themselves. This is only speculation, however, as there is no definitive answer given by the game.
