Seiuchi-kun is a large orange walrus who appears in Densetsu no Starfy 3. He is found in Crushed Ice Alpine (Stage 4-4), where he was frightened to see Ogura passing by. He tells Starfy, Starly and Moe that Ogura went off towards the Jungle and scattered evil magic to revive a monster that was trapped in the ice — Pengod. He later tells Starfy, Starly and Moe about the Konbi after The Jellato Sisters are trapped in ice.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Seiuchi-kun appears as a sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It can only be used for Pokémon Trainer and boosts water attack by 18 in The Subspace Emissary.

In the manga (Yumiko Sudō)

Seiuchi-kun does not appear in the story, but he can be seen among an audience in the cover of the sixth chapter of volume 2, "I Want to Appear in the Movies Too Fii!".
