Herbert (Yadorin in Japan) is a yellow hermit crab with a blue shell who lives high up in the cloudy sea of Skydye Heights. When Starfy first meets him, Herbert teaches Starfy (whom he called the "Starfy lookalike") the Ultra Star Spin to help him get rid of some annoying Jellysquish.
Herbert has two Side Quests in Skydye Heights. In Stage 6-3, he challenges Starfy (whom he now refers to correctly) to juggle a Puffy Chub a total of 20 (non-consecutive) times within 60 seconds to win.
