Imadame is an enemy in the Game Boy Advance games that cannot be defeated. They typically appear in groups of four and try to find Starfy or Starly by opening their big, yellow eye. If they see one of them, they'll lose one heart and be sent back to the last door in the room they came out of. Starfy or Starly can avoid being caught by the Imadame by hiding behind gray bricks in the foreground while their big eye is open.

Trivia
- Densetsu no Starfy 2's Picture Book refers to Imadame as creations by Ogura.
- There is a glitch in Densetsu no Starfy, known as the Imadame glitch which occurs when Starfy is caught by Imadame shortly after he loses all his hearts to another enemy, causing his HP to underflow.
