Spinebelly (Anger in Japan) is a fish enemy in the Starfy series. Sometimes, if you try to attack him, he turns himself inside out. The inside of him is filled with spines(hence the name "Spinebelly"). If you attack him when he's inside out, you will take damage. Instead of attacking, back off and wait for him to turn right-side out. Then you can attack him.
