The Pufftop Kids are very young pink star-shaped kids living in Pufftop. They are even smaller than Starfy and Starly. They usually get captured or lost so Starfy and friends have to save them often. They have only appeared in the Game Boy Advance games.
In Densetsu no Starfy
The Pufftop Kids first appear in Pufftop, where they play with Moe's face but start to annoy him. They automatically appear in the Picture Book when Starfy has seen every other character and every enemy.
