The Balloon is a vehicle in Densetsu no Starfy and Densetsu no Starfy 2. It looks like a hot air balloon. When using it, Starfy holds on to the rope. It is taught to Starfy by Old Man Mechani in both games.
Densetsu no Starfy
A certain door in the Coral Reef leads to a room where Starfy will meet Old Man Mechani, who will take Starfy to a quick demo where he will learn to use the Balloon.
Densetsu no Starfy 2
