Mini Pings (Chibi-minions in Japan) are tiny blue penguins that appear in The Legendary Starfy. They are minions of King Ping. They are completely harmless, though attempt to make snowmen as an attempt of blocking the path of anyway who passes by, except for King Ping and the Pinglings. They cannot be attacked under normal circumstances and they only way to defeat them is while Starfy is in his snowball form. They usually try to steal Puplion's snacks.
Toy description
"Piplion said they're usually nice to strangers, but I don't know... I don't believe it! Always on the snack attack, these little birdies keep Puplion awake at night!" (#024)
Trivia
- There is a snowman building animation glitch that can happen at the start of area 4 of Chillydip Cove prior to clearing it. It involves destroying snowmen, running up a hill but not enough to trigger a conversation with Puplion, then returning to where the snowmen are. This may glitch up the building animation, and the glitched up animation will happen for sure if Starfy then destroys the snowmen again, unless the game is saved via the Mermaid's shell or Suspend Save, in which case the animation will return to normal until the glitch is repeated.
