This article is about the obstacles in The Legendary Starfy, for the item in Densetsu no Starfy 2, see Snowman.
Snowmen can be found in Chillydip Cove in The Legendary Starfy. They are crafted by Mini Pings; minions of King Ping. They resemble Mini Pings or Pinglings, but are taller, whiter, and have goggles resting on their foreheads (a little like Marukoro from Densetsu no Starfy 4). They can be knocked down by a Star Spin, though Mini Pings will pop out of the ground and rebuild them, so the snowmen cannot be permanently destroyed.
In the Snow-Shovel Mission Side Quest in Stage 3-2, Mini Pings have made thirteen snowmen from a "massive pile of snowballs". Piplion asks Starfy to use his Star Spin to keep them down, and rewards the player with access to Chillydip Cove's Area Secret 1 if Starfy keeps at least 7 snowmen down at once for 60 seconds.
Trivia
- There is a snowman building animation glitch that can happen at the start of area 4 of Chillydip Cove prior to clearing it. It involves destroying snowmen, running up a hill but not enough to trigger a conversation with Puplion, then returning to where the snowmen are.
