Balloon is a vehicle in Densetsu no Starfy and Densetsu no Starfy 2. It looks like a hot air balloon. When using it, Starfy holds on to the rope. It is taught to Starfy by Mekani-jiisan in both games.
Densetsu no Starfy 2
In Densetsu no Starfy 2, Mekani-jiisan is found in Gluglug Lagoon (Stage 2-3). The Balloon can be upgraded by meeting Mekani-jiisan again in the same location after defeating Ogura for the first time.
