Fukafuka is a seal that is dressed up as a tiger. He is usually the one that teaches Starfy and Starly how to use the Kigurumi. He has only appeared in the Game Boy Advance games. In Densetsu no Starfy 3, he gives Starfy a flute to hand over to Shirosan, who in return lets Starfy take some of his sheep's fur.
