The Title Certificate or Title Deed (Japanese: けんりしょ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 3, found in the Jungle (Stage 5-2). Kabasonchou gives it to Starfy, Starly and Moe after they give him the Bear-san Rucksack. It is a certificate with a 'hippo' stamp to prove that the "sleeping treasure" cave belongs to Moe. Originally, Kabasonchou expected Moe to pay 10000000 Pearls for it, which he could not afford, but thanks to Mantahan covering the cost, Kabasoncho gives Moe the deed.
The Title Certificate is shown again in Stage 5-4. Mantahan showed Echigyoya the Title Certificate to prove that Moe is the owner of the cave and Mantahan argued that he cannot be doing things like entering the cave without Moe's permission and looking for treasure, even though Mantahan thinks he is the real owner of the treasure.
