Ogyon Kagerou, simply Ogyon in-game, is a purple ocean sunfish that was attacked by three Chonmagyo but then saved by Starfy. She gives Starfy the Secret Letter which is to be delivered to her sister, Ogyan. She only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 2.

In Densetsu no Starfy 2

10-1

Shortly after Starfy and Moe arrive in the Torrential Falls, they stumble upon Ogyon being attacked by some Chonmagyo. After Starfy defeats the Chonmagyo, Ogyon introduces herself as a Kunoichi who defends the peace of "these waters" (which assumedly means Torrential Falls and the surrounding area). She tells the two about how she was spying on Echigyoya and Puchi Ogura #10, but was caught and had to retreat. She then asks Starfy and Moe to deliver a secret letter to her sister, Ogyan Kagerou, detailing Echigyoya's plans to take over the area. Leaving the secret letter in their hands, she wishes them the best of luck.

10-4

After Starfy and Moe learn about the 500 bombs meant to destroy the Kunoichi clan, they rush to find Ogyon and Ogyan to tell them to run away. Once they find them, Moe says that they need to get out of here before the bombs destroy the area. But the Kunoichi assure him that they have enough comrades to easily get rid of the bombs; 200 million of them (saying that Ocean Sunfish families are very large). The Kunoichi tell Starfy and Moe to chase after Echigyoya while they dispose of the bombs.

Post Game

During post game, Ogyon greets Starfy and thanks him for helping put a stop to Echigyoya's plans on behalf of the Kunoichi clan. Talking to her again, she says that the Kunoichi clan have been debating on how they should punish Echigyoya for his misdeeds. They settled on sending him to Loch Ress to pick up litter, referring to it being called "volunteer work" (or just "volunteer" literally translated) in other countries.
