The Gym Clothes (Japanese: たいそうぎ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 3, found in Sea of Sky (Stage 9-3), in map 4. It is required for Squirt #2 to use his acrobatics. When Starfy gives him the Gym Clothes, it helps him beat Makaika Group #2.

- In the Densetsu no Starfy 3 Nintendo Official Guidebook on page 86, the Gym Clothes appears to use a different sprite that is not used in the final game. The Gym Clothes are straighter and have a gray '2' inside of a grey square.
