The Treasure Monster (トレジャーモンスター) is an enemy that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 3 in certain levels of Misty Town. It is not a real treasure chest. If Starfy or Starly attempt to open it, Mad Piero's laugh will be heard and it will chase after them revealing its teeth. In the Densetsu no Starfy (Yumiko Sudō)|Densetsu no Starfy manga illustrated by Yumiko Sudō]], Moe mistakenly opened one of these treasure chests, only for it to bite him.

Trivia
- The Jaw Box enemies in The Legendary Starfy are very similar to Treasure Monsters. They are both fake treasure chests based on mimics, and behave the same way. However, the Jaw Box is mainly green instead of red.
