The Gym Tights (Japanese: たいそうタイツ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 2, found in Pufftop (Stage 8-5). They are Squirt #2's favorite item. Squirt #1 gives them to Starfy after Starfy gives him the Thunder Pants. Starfy must hand them over to Squirt #2 through the top-right door from the room with Imadame. In return, Squirt #2 gives Starfy the Cold Medicine.
