Ogyon is a purple ocean sunfish that was attacked by three Chonmagyo but then saved by Starfy. She gives Starfy the Secret Letter which is to be delivered to her friend, Ogyan. She only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 2.

Trivia

Ogyon seemingly paying no mind to the small fish that continuously bits her may be a reference to how real life ocean sunfish have skin that is adapted to detour most predators.
