Plum (internal name Plam) is the "genie of the lamp" owned by Chiwan. He has only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 4.

Plum is incredibly gluttonous to a fault. Based on Chiwan's statements before introducing themselves, Plum has problems holding himself back so he doesn't gain weight. According to Dorothy, he holds the record for most bowls of ramen eaten, 102 large servings, throughout the entire desert. He has also been shown to be scared easily, the mere mention of Dejeel's name being enough to make him run away out of fear.

In Densetsu no Starfy 4

Searching for Chiwan, the man who owns the all-knowing genie of the lamp, Starfy, Starly, and Moe come across two older men, one trying to stop the other from gorging themselves off snacks. The trio hears "genie" and asks the turban-wearing man if he is Chiwan, to which he confirms, formally introducing himself and Plum. They ask Plum if he can give any information about Dejeel, but the mention of her name frightens him, making the genie run off towards "{{alttext|Carpet Cavern|じゅうたんどうくつ]]". Chiwan mentions that Plum may have retreated there since that's where his favorite snack, a cake, is there. Starly offers to go, wanting to eat some cake, quickly correcting herself and running off towards the cave.

Plum is found in the stage, but quickly disappears. He will only reappear once Starly begins pushing the cake. With the cake as a lure, Starly must navigate the room and push the cake underneath the cage to catch Plum. However, if Plum catches up to her and gets to the cake, she will have to start over. Starly can scare off Plum by spinning into him, but he will begin to go after the cake again shortly after. Once she has pushed the cake underneath the cage, Plum begins eating it as the cage falls on top of him, and forcing him to withdraw back into his lamp.

Returning to Chiwan, he gives Starly the Indian Clothes Stuff item and Moe tells Plum to just tell them what they want to know. Reluctantly, Plum tells the trio that Dejeel has been restless, her heart pounding, and that she'll need the Mon Amour Stone to solve her troubles. Moving on from Dejeel, he mentions the trio's chase after someone suspicious, and Moe surprised as they never even mentioned that to anybody. Boasting that he knows everything, he then refuses to tell the trio anything else after being (assumedly) offended.

Name Origin

His name is probably derived from 'plump'; meaning having a full rounded shape. His name also seems to be an anagram of "lamp" (ランプ) which may be why is name is "Plam" internally.
