Okutoru is a knight enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 4, with thick metal armor, wielding two spiked ball and chains. It wears a golden helmet, heavy golden boots and a blue garment which it wears around its waist. It attacks Starfy and Starly by flailing around its ball and chain, or 'punching' them with it. Starfy or Starly can attack its weapon using a Star Spin to destroy it, which leaves Okutoru running back and forth in panic. Its helmet is decorated with a design like a red Mohawk hairstyle. It does not move very fast until its weapon is destroyed.
