Pearl Dragon is a rare dragon enemy that has exclusively appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It is only found in one level of Degil's Castle (Stage 9-2), in which it appears as a post-game enemy after the player answers Tobira Majin's respective riddle, where it appears in a group. Similarly to Kaimo, it will attempt to steal six pearls from Starfy or Starly when they approach it. Pearl Dragon peforms this by inhaling Starfy or Starly's pearls.
