The Amy Castle is the Amy Kingdom's castle. In the events of Densetsu no Starfy 4, the castle was invaded by Dejeel who had stolen the castle's precious heart shaped Monamool Stone and transformed the castle into a castle of her own, named Dejeel's Castle. Residents of the Amy Castle include Materu, prince Koraru and various fish-like guards who are protected by their helmets, spears and shields. Dejeel wanted to exploit the powers of the Monamool Stone in order to marry prince Koraru, while Starly fell in love with Materu, and Starly fell in love with Koraru.
Unlike the Pufftop Palace, the Amy Castle is built on the ground surrounding the ocean, rather than a cloud in the sky. Geographically, the Amy Castle is relatively close to Pufftop Palace. Moe knew about the Amy Kingdom sometime before Dejeel's invasion of Amy Castle, and invited Materu over to Pufftop Palace to inform Starfy, Starly and others about the tragedy.

Chapter 13
- Chapter 13; the final chapter of the Densetsu no Starfy R manga (volume 1) is based on the moon falling from orbit and hitting Pufftop Palace. Starfy and others, including Koraru and Materu who were previously staying over at Pufftop Palace evacuate the palace for their own safety, and Pufftop Palace is partially destroyed. Materu is worried about the moon hitting Amy Castle. Starfy uses a similar attack to his Shooting Star ability to successfully puncture a hole which goes all the way through the moon. This pushes the moon off course slightly, to land in the ocean instead of Amy Castle.
