Manianko appears to be a type of fish with big lips and black hair. He's apparently a big fan of idols and anime. He has only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy 4 and sells more HP, music, and Stuff in the game. He seems to especially like Kisumi.

Trivia

Manianko appears to be a parody of the Japanese Otaku.
