Kumo Ojisan (literally "Cloud Middle-Aged Man" or "Cloud Uncle"), is a non-damaging untouchable enemy that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 4. He appears in Cupid Village. He is similar to Huffinfluff from The Legendary Starfy, except that unlike Huffinfluff he causes winds which travel horizontally rather than vertically. In certain rooms, he will spin and make a strong wind that's too strong for Starfy and Starly to outrun. Starfy and Starly can hide behind a wooden board to avoid being blown away. The wind stops every few seconds. That's their chance to get farther ahead.

In Stage 3-4, prior to the completion of the game, there are three rooms containing multiple Harisen-san. Each room has a cannon and a crown-wearing cloud. When Starfy uses a Star Spin to fire a cannonball into a cloud, an angry Kumo Ojisan with a bump on its head appears out of the cloud; startling all Harisen-san in the room and revealing their spikes. If a 'Harisen-san' reveals tentacles instead of spikes, it is actually Akureima under the disguise of a Harisen-san.
