Buruda-sama is a big creature that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 4. She along with Burudad teaches Starly the Low Spin. She often hits Burudad in the head and shakes him around. She cannot talk. Burudad asks Starly to retrieve a red necklace for Buruda-sama. As a reward, Buruda-sama and Burudad give Starfy and Starly a treasure chest.
