Kumo ojisan (literally "cloud uncle"), is a non-damaging untouchable enemy that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy 4. He is similar to Huffinfluff from The Legendary Starfy, except that unlike Huffinfluff he causes winds which travel horizontally rather than vertically. In certain rooms, he will spin and make a strong wind that's too strong for Starfy and Starly to outrun. Starfy and Starly can hide behind a wooden board to avoid being blown away. The wind stops every few seconds. That's their chance to get farther ahead.
