The Voodoo Doll (Japanese: のろいのにんぎょう) also known as the Doll (Japanese: ニンギョウ) is an item in Densetsu no Starfy 4, belonging to Zozobi. It is found in Old Tower (Stage 8-1). It is a magic doll resembling a blue teddy bear wearing a red dress and ribbon with blond hair. Zozobi asks Starfy to find it. While Zozobi calls it the 'Doll', Moe calls it a 'Voodoo Doll', angering Zozobi.
In Stage 8-1, the Doll has the ability to disappear and seemingly teleport elsewhere as Starfy approaches it. The Doll will disappear several times before Starfy can obtain it.
As a reward for returning the Voodoo Doll, Zozobi rewards Starfy, Starly and Moe with the Yōkai Makeup Accessory.
