Woopal is an enemy in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It looks angry and chases Starfy or Starly when it sees them, but it does not react to Angler at all.
Woopal seems to be based on axolotl, a species of neotenic salamander that remain aquatic and gilled, keeping flat tails.
