The Kettle (Japanese: やかん) is the first obtainable item (excluding Pearls) Starfy finds in Densetsu no Starfy. In the story Herman asks Starfy to find his missing home. While searching for Herman's home (his conch shell), Starfy finds a kettle. Starfy returns to leave it with Herman. To search deeper for Herman's home, Herman gives Starfy a Key that will fit in the key hole of a door leading to the next room of Lobber's Cave.
