Pao is a flying elephant that only appears in Densetsu no Starfy in the outer area of Undersea Temple. He lets the player play the Billiardon minigame.
He leads the player to a room with a Battafurai to help Starfy complete the Picture Book if he meets him after beating the game and clears his minigame on hard.
