Miguana is a character that only appeared in Densetsu no Starfy, who is found in the Sunken Ship. She lets Starfy play the Panic Boom minigame that he must play with her children. She arrears to be a dragon with a kangaroo-like pouch and posture.
She leads the player to a room with eight Pizzaps to help Starfy complete the Picture Book if he meets her after beating the game and clears her minigame on hard.
