Mole Tank is an ability in Densetsu no Starfy. As its name implies, it is a tank that looks like a mole. It lets Starfy dig underground, and he is taught how to use it from Mogu. While riding the tank, Starfy wears a light helmet. Every time the music loops when riding the Mole Tank, not only will the tempo of the music slightly speed up, but the Mole Tank will also speed up along with the music making it harder to avoid obstacles and enemies.
Controls
Only the D-pad is used. Starfy can move in all directions as long as there's nothing in the way. Heading straight for an enemy will defeat it if he's in the right direction.
Trivia
- Moguramen; an enemy from Wario Land 4, looks and acts similar to the Mole Tank.
- This ability has a similar function and shares part of its name with the Yoshi Mole Tank, from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
