Title Song (Japanese: タイトル), known in games prior to The Legendary Starfy as Tone of Ocean (Japanese: 海のねいろ) is the in-game name for Starfy's main theme. It is usually played in the title screen and it has appeared in every Starfy game. For the first four games, Japanese singers made their own version of the song to commemorate each game.

Available in the Sea Jams after unlocking it.
Densetsu no Starfy 2
Unlock it in the Sea Jams by clearing Stage 1-2 (Lobber's Cave) after beating the game once.
Densetsu no Starfy 3
Unlock it in the Sea Jams by clearing Stage 4-3 (Crushed Ice Alpine) after beating the game once.

Tone of Ocean has appeared in other media, including the television show Oha Suta, commercials and special CDs. Japanese tarento, Becky, Saya Kazuki and bands Perfume and ℃-ute are involved in the production of the music.
Becky

Becky (Japanese: ベッキー), full name undisclosed is a Japanese television presenter and tarento. In order to promote the Game Boy Advance game Densetsu no Starfy, Becky sang the Tone of Ocean theme song in a Japanese commercial of Densetsu no Starfy. This version of Tone of Ocean, complete with lyrics would later appear as an unlockable song called "Densetsu no Starfy" in the Japanese version of Donkey Konga.
An album called Densetsu no Starfy c/w Boyfriend's Rookie featuring Becky was produced as part of a series of merchandise officially endorsed by Nintendo and TOSE. It includes a rendition of Tone of Ocean (listed as "Densetsu no Starfy"), a karaoke version of the same song without the vocals and an original song made by Becky, known as "Boyfriend's Rookie". The CD was advertised in a music video on Oha Suta, featuring Becky dancing to the Tone of Ocean theme near Pufftop. Starfy is seen in various scenes with Becky.
℃-ute

Members of ℃-ute sang for an official trailer of Densetsu no Starfy 4, which compiled scenes from various Japanese commercials of the game. They also appeared in a commercial used to promote Densetsu no Starfy 4 broadcast on the Oha Suta television show in April 2006. The commercial showed gameplay of Densetsu no Starfy 4, as well as a large model of Starfy.
Perfume

Perfume made a guest appearance in a special ending of the Japanese television program Oha Suta in July 26, 2004. The ending starred Starfy, Starly and Perfume singing and dancing to the Tone of Ocean theme.
Saya Kazuki

Saya Kazuki (Japanese: 和希沙也), born July 23, 1983 is a Japanese actress and tarento. She is the vocalist for the CD Starfy no Daibōken that was used to promote Densetsu no Starfy 2. The CD contains a rendition of Tone of Ocean (labelled as "Starfy no Daibōken") sang by Saya Kazuki, as well as a karaoke version of the same song without the vocals.
