It was used to promote Nintendo/TOSE's Game Boy Advance game Densetsu no Starfy 2. It is the successor to the CD Densetsu no Starfy / BOYFRIEND'S ROOKIE, which was previously sold as a tie-in to promote Densetsu no Starfy, and features Saya Kazuki as the vocalist instead of Becky.
