Yōko Matsutani (Japanese: 松谷 陽子), is a video game composer who appears in the staff credits of Densetsu no Starfy under the name Youko Matsutani. Along with Morihiro Iwamoto she is credited for the music in the game. While Morihiro Iwamoto is listed in later games in The Legendary Starfy series, Yōko Matsutani is only listed in Densetsu no Starfy.

Prior to her work on Densetsu no Starfy, Yōko Matsutani worked on the music and sound of the Game Boy Color version of Metal Gear Solid. [1] [2]
