Confrontation with the Boss (Japanese: ボスとたいけつだ) is a recurring song in the The Legendary Starfy series. It is used in all games apart from The Legendary Starfy for the conversation scene in which Starfy or Starly confront a stage's boss.

The short melody at the beginning of this song signifies when Starfy or Starly meet the boss and is also played in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U for when the Starfy ("Stafy" in Super Smash Bros. Brawl) Assist Trophy is used in battle. It normally follows on from A Boss Is Nearby! in the Sea Jams.
