Conversation 3 is a tune in Densetsu no Starfy 4. It's one of three conversation themes; the others are Conversation 1 and Conversation 2.
Unlike Conversation 1/2, Conversation 3 seems to be an entirely original tune. It usually plays when meeting a character on the 'City' screen that the player already fulfilled a request for. It also plays in the opening when Moe runs into the Pufftop Palace to tell Starfy, Starly and others about the Amiy Kingdom crisis.
