Clear (Japanese: クリア), as it's called in Densetsu no Starfy 3 is a tune in the Game Boy Advance games that normally plays when Starfy (and friends/Starly) fulfil the needs of another character. There are three versions of this tune for each game. Each one has a different name.
In Densetsu no Starfy 4, there is a similar tune called Conversation 2 which is played in Densetsu no Starfy 4 when Starfy or Starly fulfill a character's needs on the stage map screen.
In The Legendary Starfy, a different tune called Sub-Event Cleared plays after Starfy clears a Side Quest.
Densetsu no Starfy
Named "Task Achieved" (Japanese: ノルマたっせい, Norma Achieved) in the Sea Jams.
Densetsu no Starfy 2
Named "Event Clear" (Japanese: イベントクリア). Unlock it in the Sea Jams by clearing 4-4 (Slippery Ice Alpine) after beating the game once.
Densetsu no Starfy 3
Named "Clear" (Japanese: クリア). Unlock it in the Sea Jams by clearing 7-4 (Torrent's Waterfall) after beating the game once.
