Pufftop Messenger is basically a Pufftop Guard with a full belt and an official looking hat that only appeared in one flashback in Densetsu no Stafy. He/she tells the king and queen of Pufftop that Ogura has invaded Pufftop Palace. He/she currently has no official name and might just be called a Pufftop Guard from the similarity he/she has with their uniforms.
