Hint Memo can refer to three notes that contain a phrase in Densetsu no Starfy 2.
- Hint Memo 1 - Contains the phrase 'water flea' (Japanese: ミジンコ).
- Hint Memo 2 - Contains the correct phrase to open Puchi Ogura #6's door in Pitch Dark Cave; 'freshwater clam' (Japanese: シジミ).
- Hint Memo 3 - Contains the phrase 'small horse mackerel' (Japanese: コアジ).
