Kweenie (Queen in Japan) is a fish enemy in the Nintendo DS games. She may either attack Starfy or Starly by dropping "a sparkling whirlwind" of pink diamond like stones, or by diving on to them.

"She has two attacks: a sparkling whirlwind and a diving attack. This diva thinks she's queen of the sea. I guess beauty is in the fish eye of the beholder." (#037)
