“Anyway, I'm Starfy's sister. Hi, everyone! Some people ask me if it's tough being Starfy's sis. And I tell them that the toughest part is fighting all the bad guys while Starfy takes naps!”
Starly, The Legendary Starfy

Starly (known as Stapy in Japan) is Starfy's younger sister and a major character in The Legendary Starfy series. She is usually quite rude and always pushes Moe and Starfy to their limits to do something, although more responsible than Starfy. Only she can Crawl, Wall Jump and Low Spin.

In The Legendary Starfy, players can join one another, one of them playing as Starly. Starly has special moves players playing as Starfy cannot learn or use, such as jumping off of walls. She appears smaller (in-game) than Starfy, and is always seen wearing her pink bow. To access playing as Starly, Moe will ask Starfy (the game player) if they want Starly to join them. You can also choose to "be" Starly when you change outfits in Stuff.

Starly is featured in a mini-game called "Dumpling Master". She and the player make dumplings to give to Starfy, who in turns feeds them to Moe. She also makes 2 small apearances in other mini games. One is after the player is finding results to "Coin Slinger".Starly can be seen in the audience of stars. Another is in fishing derby. She puts bait in the water and Moe comes. Starly will be the only pink one wearing her signature bow!!

When you defeat the last boss, a new world will open up. It is Pufftop, and the player becomes Starly In this world.

Densetsu no Stafy 3 (Japan only)

Stafy's younger sister, known for her jumbo pink ribbon, and princess of a floating kingdom. Stapy has a bold nature that contrasts her reserved brother. Though she is younger, Stapy is often the spark that motivates the sometimes spineless Stafy. Only Stapy can perform Wall Jumps, High Hats, and High Hat Spin Jumps. For an unknown reason, Stapy has a Kansai accent.
